Director of Operations | Compliance & Training
Ronesha brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to her leadership of FED-PRO Compliance & Drug Testing Solutions. She oversees operations, compliance, and training, helping employers and individuals navigate drug and alcohol testing with clear guidance and professional support.
Her background includes detox nursing at a substance abuse and recovery facility in Baton Rouge and travel nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience informs her approach to safety, confidentiality, and respectful client service.
Ronesha is an American Heart Association and American Red Cross instructor who teaches CPR and Narcan administration. Her qualifications include Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), DOT specimen collection, and collector instruction.
By connecting clinical experience with practical industry knowledge, she leads FED-PRO’s commitment to dependable testing services, workforce safety, and responsive compliance support.
Crystal S.
Director of Client Services & Outreach
Crystal supports FED-PRO Compliance & Drug Testing Solutions through specimen collection, testing coordination, client service, and community outreach. Proficient in DOT specimen collection and breath alcohol testing, she helps provide an organized, professional experience for employers and individuals.
She is CPR certified, with additional training in Basic Life Support (BLS), first aid, and Narcan administration. Her knowledge of substance use and its community impact reinforces her commitment to safety, education, and compassionate service.
With a background in marketing, Crystal also supports employer relations, appointment scheduling, and daily administrative operations. She helps clients understand available services and coordinates their testing needs with clear communication and attention to detail.
